Manager Volunteer Program
An opportunity has arisen for a Manager Volunteer Program to join the Austraining Team, based in the Adelaide head office. Reporting to the Director Volunteers, the Manager Volunteer Program will be on an initial fixed-term contract until 31st December 2013. The role is responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership and management in the delivery of the Australian Volunteers for International Development (AVID) program for Austraining International. The role leads a team of program staff and is responsible for managing a range of functions and services in order to achieve the strategic objectives of Austraining and its volunteer programs. Regional Director, Africa
An opportunity has arisen for a Regional Director (Africa) to join the Austraining Team, based in Accra, Ghana. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Regional Director (Africa) will be on an initial fixed-term contract until 30 June 2013. The role is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of all Austraining programs and activities in Africa, ensuring that all program, financial and business targets are met. Currently in Africa Austraining manages the Australian Volunteers for International Development (AVID) Program in Ghana, Kenya and Ethiopia with potential for further expansion in the future. Country Manager, Dili, Timor Leste
An opportunity has arisen for a Country Manager, Dili, Timor Leste. This role is offered on an initial contract to 30 June 2013 with the possibility of an extension subject to performance and on-going funding. 
The role reports to the Regional Director-Indonesia and is responsible for the management of all of Austraining volunteer programs and other projects as required in Timor Leste. The purpose of the role is to ensure that Austraining programs/projects meet company KPIs and strategic plan requirements, and exceed client and stakeholder expectation both in terms of efficiency of delivery and effectiveness of development and other desired outcomes.
