PT Austraining Nusantra (PTAN) is an experienced and highly professional project management organisation and nationally recognised provider of world class training and technical assistance to donor agencies, government and the private sector in Indonesia and beyond. It was established as a wholly owned subsidiary of Austraining in 1993.

Our specialised project teams are skilled in designing individual programs to meet the social, cultural, industrial and organisational needs of the client. This approach leads to the optimal fit between objectives and outcomes, resulting in enhanced capacity building and sustainability. PTAN has been certified as a professional provider of consulting services by the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (KADIN), the Ministry of Industry and Trade (SIUP) and by Ministry of Public Works (SIUJK).

PTAN’s breadth and depth of experience in institutional strengthening and capacity building programs is demonstrated through the implementation of more than 100 development projects across a range of sectors in Indonesia. This extensive history includes clients such as AusAID, the Asian Development Bank, World Bank, International Finance Corporation, Government of Indonesia Ministries and a range of organisations from the private sector. In addition to programs of technical assistance implemented across a variety of sectors, education and training has been PTAN’s core business. PTAN has successfully implemented more than thirty short term training programs under the Indonesia Australia Specialised Training Project Phases II and III, most recently in areas such as:
