Austraining Corporate Volunteers

Austraining International launched its Corporate Volunteering Program in 2009 to provide opportunities for organisations to encourage volunteering and social responsibility within a work environment.

With assignments varying in length and objective, the Austraining International Corporate Volunteering Program can be tailored to contribute to your organisation’s triple bottom line: people, planet and profit.

In a competitive marketplace, a Corporate Volunteering program can attract, retain and reward staff with an interest in social responsibility and a passion to make a difference; staff that are sought after for their interpersonal and professional skills and knowledge.

Getting involved in the Program

Austraining International provides all the resources and operational and logistical expertise to successfully manage staff volunteering placements with Host Organisations in developing countries. The path to participation in the Austraining International Corporate Volunteering Program begins with your enquiry. An analysis of the volunteer’s skills and the development of an appropriate assignment is followed by pre-departure training, assistance in departure and in-country management and support once in the field. At all stages, Austraining International maintains regular contact with your organisation in recognition of the significant commitment that you make in supporting staff to pursue such unique and valuable experiences.
